Evaluating the impact of resource navigators to support long-term care and retirement home staff during and beyond COVID-19

Summary

The aim of this project is to better understand how best to provide support to long-term care home (LTCH) and retirement home (RH) staff during and beyond the pandemic to ensure their health and wellness. Participating will involve the completion of two surveys (at the start and end of your 6-month participation). Participants will receive supports/resources on a variety of topics, including wellness, mental health, infection prevention and control, or COVID-19 vaccines. Some participants will have access to a resource navigator, who will provide 1:1 coaching sessions, and personalized resources to address the participants’ goals, and wellness needs.
