The assessment of rapid antigen testing for SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza A and B in congregate living settings

Summary

This project aimed to evaluate the barriers, facilitators, and economic impact of implementing multiplex rapid antigen testing for COVID-19 and Influenza across congregate living settings in Toronto. Congregate living settings included long-term care homes, retirement homes and shelters. In addition, we explored the accuracy of the multiplex rapid antigen test against the nasopharyngeal (NP) swab for PCR test for COVID-19.
