The KT Program provides virtual, in-person, and hybrid courses, workshops, seminars, and training opportunities in the science and practice of knowledge translation (KT), including knowledge synthesis (KS), implementation science (IS), and patient engagement, to meet the needs of trainees, researchers, practitioners, health administrators, policy makers, patients, caregivers, and other knowledge users.
Our interdisciplinary staff and faculty work to create inclusive, participant-centered learning environments that help individuals, groups, and organizations meet their learning goals and equip them with key competencies, for example, to apply KT in real-world settings or conduct a rapid review.
Education and training streams include patient-oriented research, implementing evidence, disseminating evidence, and knowledge synthesis.
We offer off-the-shelf and on-demand courses, with bulk pricing for 5 or more individuals from the same organization. We can customize and tailor education and capacity-building services to meet the needs of your organization.
