Kim Ibarra is the Director of Program Development and Research Operations for the Knowledge Translation Program. Kim oversees program operations, including financial and contract management, human resources, communications and marketing, design, and information technology. A mission-driven leader, Kim is passionate about improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes. She holds a Master of Science in health services research and bioethics from the University of Toronto and an executive MBA from Northwestern and York Universities. Prior to KTP, Kim was a Senior Managing Director at the National Quality Forum in Washington, DC where she built a new division focused on innovation and established a project management office to advance operational excellence. Her past experience includes working in research, ethics, policy, and evaluation at Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre and the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics.
