Theories, models and frameworks (TMF) are key to any implementation/knowledge translation project or initiative. This tool is designed to identify appropriate TMF and is intended for use by individuals who are involved in supporting implementation practice activities. Currently, the tool includes models and frameworks; a further iteration of the tool will incorporate theories.
