Summary
The KT Program designed a practical workbook to support implementers to do practical knowledge translation. Our workbook was designed using key theories, models and frameworks including the knowledge-to-action model. Implementers are prompted to complete fillable worksheets to design, implement and evaluate evidence-based strategies. Building upon over a decade of capacity building at the KTP, this workbook aims to support implementers to use KT methodology to guide their implementation efforts
