    • The results of this rapid review will be used by the Centre for Immunization and Respiratory Infectious Diseases of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as guidance on the safety and effectiveness of fractional dosing of seasonal influenza vaccines in the upcoming influenza season
    • Current evidence shows there is no significant difference in the safety and clinical effectiveness of low-dose compared to full-dose intramuscular influenza vaccines
    • Further evaluation is needed due to a low number of studies available in adults assessing confirmed influenza and influenza-like illness outcomes
