The Knowledge Translation Program at St. Michael’s Hospital supports researchers, practitioners, policy makers, government funding agencies, and private industry in their quest to create improved health outcomes.
We work with researchers to develop a strategy to put knowledge into practice at both the clinical and policy level by providing three types of products and services:
- Designing and performing knowledge synthesis including systematic, scoping and rapid reviews;
- Implementation and dissemination of knowledge translation; and
- Building capacity for knowledge translation
