    • The findings will serve as a basis for the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS) to develop an evidence-based strategy to tackle OSI in frontline personnel. The published manuscript can be used to help inform the development and examination of interventions targeted to this population
    • There are promising prevention and rehabilitation interventions for first responders experiencing occupational stress injury (OSI), however, further investigation on their effectiveness is needed before broader implementation of these interventions
